1. Shipping rates and costs
The shipping rates are displayed and allow the customer to review and calculate
their total costs before they shop around. Many times, international shipping
charges vary between retailers significantly due to an increase in carrier charges
as well.
2. Shipping methods and delivery times
Free shipping will be with Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. To qualify for free shipping the total must be 150.00 before tax is added.
3. Shipping restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please enter a physical street address.
4. Missing or lost packages
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery
exception and is unfortunately out of our control. Should a parcel go missing
beyond 10 days after the estimated date of receipt, please contact us via email to
initiate the claims process.
5. International shipping
International shipment duties and customs are the sole responsibility of the
customer. Only UPS is used for international shipments. We will not undervalue
items for customs purposes.
Sales are final, due to cross-contamination risks. We do not accept returns unless there are extenuating circumstances, the product is exactly as it was when sold; and upon discretionary approval of management.
